Our treatments are not only eco-compliant, but they are also fully compatible with cleanliness requirements for seals: intermediate, standard, severe, and very severe.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lubricoat A WB3-N: efficiency and versatility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Available in multiple colors (transparent, blue, orange, green, red, gray, violet), this dry varnish contains a PFAS-free lubricating agent. Compatible with AEM, EPDM, FKM, HNBR, and NBR compounds, it facilitates assembly, reduces friction, and optimizes seal distribution in automated systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lubricoat KT: designed for mechanical stress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This PFAS-free dry varnish stands out for its durability under both static and dynamic conditions. It effectively reduces assembly forces and mechanical strain, especially in demanding applications such as valves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lubrifilm SF: the Latest PFAS-Free Innovation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lubrifilm SF applies a synthetic polymer oil film to the surface of the seal, significantly lowering insertion forces and eliminating the risk of twisting or mechanical damage. Its adjustable dosing allows for fine-tuning between performance and speed in automated distribution systems.
