In a context of energy transition, the production of combustion-powered vehicles will gradually be replaced by electric vehicles. The needs of automakers, whether Tier 1 or Tier 2, are therefore changing rapidly. Our mission is to improve safety and energy efficiency, increase vehicle autonomy and lifetime, and reduce costs to meet these new requirements, while taking into account environmental footprint issues.

Hutchinson develops sealing solutions adapted to these new challenges for Battery Pack, Thermal Management and E-Powertrain applications. Our solutions address issues linked to high-voltage electrical insulation, charging system optimization, anticipation of possible thermal events, energy loss, assembly process optimization and part maintainability, etc.
