Bonded Seals

The bonded seals has been developed to achieve simultaneous resistance to pressure and vibration under severe temperature conditions, while ensuring the integrity of the assembly for which the seal is required. The bonded seal is particularly well-suited to sealing under screw and bolt heads, and in banjo and pipe connections.

The bonded seal is a rectangular metal ring inside which a trapezoidal rubber ring is bonded and vulcanized. A thin membrane ensures the central positioning of the bonded seal. The type of metal and the rubber family vary according to application, fluid to be sealed, temperature and operating pressure. The metal insert is available in a variety of materials.

Available elastomer compounds: NBR – FKM – EPDM
